The Google Avalanche Advisory Gadget wipes the avalanche advisories from around the world in English-Speaking countries and allows you to view geographically-related advisories on your Google home page.
Using the settings, you can change the state and country to display your location and related advisories. You can also enlarge or shrink the text, depending on your squinting ability.
The text displayed is pretty basic, but you can also browse the actual pages within the frame or a new window.

You can add it one of three ways:
(1) Apply it to your Google home or other web page via the Google interface (pending)
